Home inspiration :: Happy Saturday! While showing homes, I hear often that families don’t have a use for a formal living room. I try to remind them that it is a great spot for entertaining - make it a welcoming space that you and your guests will want to spend time…. Like this one! I love the monochromatic paint in this space and that lovely fireplace and window seat. How pretty!! 😍

Under contract ‼️ So thrilled for my clients to go under contract on this beautiful home in Niwot! The home is on 1.36 acres with gorgeous mountain views, a beach volleyball court, and backs to open space & biking trails. The gourmet kitchen is so pretty with a wall of windows overlooking the mountains, Wolf appliances, and the most beautiful custom copper range hood I’ve ever seen! So happy we put in an offer on the day listings started and were able to avoid a bidding war. Now just hoping for a smooth transaction to close 🤞🏼
