Longmont, CO Full Bathroom Remodel
Project: My client did not like their current, out-dated full bathrom – in fact, she couldn’t stop telling me all the things she didn’t like about it when we did our initial design meeting. Additionally, she felt she didn’t use the bathtub and would much rather prefer a luxurious stand alone shower instead. She didn’t have specific direction on a design, but shared that she doesn’t like a lot of color and simple is best – black, white, grey, and wood. She also shared that modern design resonates with her, but she really just wants a relaxing bathroom sanctuary.

Proposal: The biggest focus was making the bathroom a modern sancutary. Since my client did not use her bathtub, we decided to turn the tub into an expanded shower with a sliding glass door and double niches for shower products. The old bathroom had an outdated storage cabinet that we decided to remove, but to ensure we still have enough storage – we chose a large 72″ double-sink modern vanity with lots of storage. From a design standpoint, my client decided to move forward with the Sleek, Simple, and Modern Bathroom option that combines geometric shapes in a simple black and white color scheme with gold accents throughout.
